Administrator - Lisburn Branch

We wish to recruit a part time administrator to work across our contract department in Lisburn.  This is a part time role working 20 hours per week, ideally working 4 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Updating and maintaining customer information
  • Communicating with customers and suppliers
  • Dealing with customer queries and issues 
  • Assisting the Contracts Manager with administrative tasks

The successful applicant should have experience of working in an administration or customer focused environment in a similar role. You should have good administration skills and be computer literate. You should be confident in dealing with customers, producing spread sheets and reports. You should also be able to work well as part of a team in a busy office environment.
