Service Coordinator - Lisburn Branch

We are one of the largest independent family owned builders merchants in the UK and Ireland. As we continue to grow and develop, we now wish to recruit a Service Coordinator to help plan and organise the delivery of our showroom based products.

  • Have excellent organisational skills?

  • Have a strong attention to detail and ability to work on your own initiative?

Key responsibilities will include…

  • Actioning bathroom orders for distribution
  • Planning and organising customer deliveries
  • Communicating and liaising with customers
  • Coordinating with showroom staff
  • Running reports
  • General administrative duties

This is a pivotal role within the team working with branches, departments and customers to ensure the showroom based products are ordered and delivered efficiently. Excellent customer service skills and first-class interpersonal skills are essential.  The successful candidate must have an ability to solve problems and work on their own initiative. You should have proficient administration skills with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
